It’s a given that whilst fitting in the available space a drain must deliver appropriate performance. That means it must meet the relevant criteria detailed in BS EN 1253.

  • Anti-blockage as per 8mm ball bearing test

  • Odour tightness of 180Pa for 15 mins

  • Channel loading strength = class K3 (300kg)

  • Air tightness as per Building Regulations

  • Easy access for cleaning
